Your card will be charged when you place your order. Note all special orders (including rings that need sizing) are non refundable or exchangeable. Sales tax will be added to all shipments made within the State of Arizona. Sales tax also applies to shipping charges.

Credit Card Security Code

Even though we do not store credit card numbers on our site, to further protect your security, we require that when placing your order to please also provide us with your credit card security code (CVV number). Your order processing will not be complete without this information, which will not be kept after running your charge card.

Here's where you'll find the requested credit card security codes:

Visa, Mastercard & Discover
On the back of your card: Three-digit, non-embossed number printed on the signature panel immediately following your account number.

American Express
On the front of your card: Four-digit, non-embossed number printed above your account number.

Special Orders

When you place a special order and/or special sizing requirements, you have committed to the item. Please realize that special orders and/or sizing are outside the scope of regular designer production and therefore, may take longer (or with luck, could be in stock). Special orders are non-returnable (both non-refundable and non-exchangeable from the time the order is placed).

Our knowledgeable staff will be happy to answer any questions about special orders and alterations to existing stock (ring sizes, necklace lengths, etc). Timing and pricing will vary by designer.

Ring Sizing

When purchasing your ring online please take note of the available ring size. If you require ring sizing or if you are unsure of your ring size please let us know in the comments portion of you checkout process.

If you know the specific ring size you need we will size the ring prior to shipping to you. Please keep in mind that different rings vary slightly due to width and style of ring in addition to your finger i.e. larger knuckles etc. Please provide us with specific concerns in the comments area. If we have questions a customer representative will contact you prior to sizing.

If you do not know the ring size you need simply select the available stock size. Once you've presented the ring, bring it in or send it back to us (Please follow our return policy instructions on the returns page) and we'll size it to fit. Your first ring sizing is always free at LHermitage.net/L'Hermitage Couture Jewelers. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Orders Not Fulfilled

Occasionally, we may have just sold an item which you ordered, and have not had time to take it off our site. We apologize for any disappointment, but we will reach you to see if you would like a substitution, special order, or just a cancellation. Additionally, we reserve the right to not fulfill any order of an item listed in error.
