For added convenience, speed and security your purchase is shipped USPS Express Mail (1 to 2 day) within 1 business day of your online purchase date. Most importantly, by shipping this method all your purchase(s)are insured for your safety. You will be contacted by e-mail when your purchase has been shipped with a usps tracking number.

If expedited shipping is required i.e next day, an extra charge will apply. Please call our customer service department at 877-502-2425 prior to placing your order to set up expedited delivery method.

All shipments require a signature upon delivery and cannot be mailed to a P.O. Box. General delivery is limited to the United States. Shipping outside the United States is available please email info@lhermitage.net or call 877-502-2425 for details.

Returns

Special orders are non-returnable. Regular in stock internet orders can be returned within 7 days of receipt in their complete original packaging and in unworn condition, less shipping costs. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized or damaged in any way, cannot be accepted for return. Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your credit or new item will be processed in just a few days.

Returns must have a L'Hermitage Couture Jewelers return code, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt. L'Hermitage Couture Jewelers will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.

How To Prepare a Return: Just follow our three step process:

1. Your Return Authorization Code. Call 877-502-2425 and ask for our internet sales department. You will be given a Return Authorization Code. Write this code boldly on the outside of the package.

2. Package Your Return. Include all original packaging and collateral material. For security reasons, do not write L'Hermitage Couture Jewelers anywhere on the outside of the box. It is better to write L'Hermitage only.

3. Insure Your Package. Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail, TM. Insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached us.
